A vellum Indenture being an Assignment of a term of 350 years of Langley Hall and estate situate in Nether Penn in the parish of Penn near Wolverhampton in the County of Staffordshire dated 1 February 1780, Mr Thomas Peach to Mr William Deans in Trust for Mr Richard Holles
