LEASE DATED 2 JUNE 1780

 

A vellum Indenture being a Lease of a year of a messuage farmhouse or tenement together with two other dwelling houses, one with a blacksmith’s shop, with several pieces and parcels of land situate in Nether Penn in the County of Staffordshire dated 2 June 1780, Mrs Sarah Smith and William Horton and Sarah his wife to Thomas Brasier
