LEASE DATED 5 DECEMBER 1758

 

A vellum Indenture being a Lease for a year of a capital messuage, tenement, dwelling or farm house with several pieces or parcels of land which are named situate in the parish of Nether Penn (near Wolverhampton) in the County of Staffordshire dated 5 December 1758, Mr John Weston Smith to Thomas Bradney Esquire.
