An interesting vellum Indenture being a Bargain and Sale of Messuages Tenements and lands situate in Aberedw (written in the document as Aberedow) in the county of Radnorshire dated 3 April 1756, Mrs Elizabeth Day to Rev John Powell and others. Whilst the property is in Radnorshire, part of the Indenture relates to the Augmentation of the Curacy of Bettws in the county of Breconshire.
