A vellum Indenture being a Lease for a year of a messuage or tenement and Water Corn Mill with the outbuildings, barns, stables, gardens, orchard and appurtenances situate and being in North Stoke, Oxfordshire. Also three acres of ground or marsh called Mill Moore in North Stoke together with a parcel of meadow, sixteen acres of arable land and a further five acres of arable land dated 27 August 1833, Messrs John Marshall and Joseph Clarke to John Eeles
