Of Elizabeth Pryse
Of Woodstock in the County of Oxon
Dated 21 January 1746
In the Name of God Amen I Eliz Pryse now of Woodstock in the County of Oxford being at
this time in good health and sound mind and memory and being mindful of my
mortality do make this my last Will and Testament concerning all my worldly
estate this twenty first of Janry 17456 I do hereby
make constitute and appoint my sister Mary Pryse executor of this my last
Will and Testament and I do hereby order and direct in the first place that
all my just debts be paid I give unto my brother Lewis Pryse one hundred
pounds if living at my decease for mourning I give to Sarah Moyses twenty
pounds if living at my decease she having been a faithful servant to us in
our childhood I give all my effects real or personal or whatever I may claim
at this time or hereafter to my sister Mary Pryse excepting the two Legacys
above mentioned I do hereby revoke all former Wills Legacies and Bequests
whatsoever by me heretofore made and have to this my Last Will and Testament
set my hand and seal the day and year above written
