A vellum Indenture being a Conveyance of a piece or parcel of land formerly part of a larger piece of land formerly called Piggotts situate in the parish of Caversham, Oxfordshire having a frontage to Champion Road with the messuage or tenement on the said piece of land known as No 2 Hasting Villas dated 5 July 1880, Mr William Isaac Cousal and Amy Cousal to Mr Joseph Wheatley
