A vellum Indenture dated 21 November 1821 being an Assignment of one half part or share of Mr William Kirby’s Mortgage of a messuage or tenement situate and being in Piddington, Oxfordshire with the barns, outbuildings, gardens, orchards, yards, rights, members and appurtenances belonging And Also three several closes or enclosed grounds to the said messuage or tenement belonging situate and being in Piddington, Oxfordshire And Also all the tenths and tithes of corn, grain and hay in or upon the premises.
