DEED OF FURTHER CHARGE DATED 16 SEPTEMBER 1835

A vellum Indenture on two sheets being a Deed of Further Charge dated 16 September 1835 of a Messuage or Dwellinghouse and premises situate at Coscott in the parish of East Hagbourne which was in the County of Berkshire until 1874 and is now in the County of Oxfordshire and a Messuage or Tenement and Water Corn Mill situate at North Stoke in the County of Oxfordshire, Mr Joseph Clarke and his wife to John Eeles Esquire. The document also refers to some earlier Indentures made in 1833.
