A vellum document being a Copy of the Admission at a General Court Baron of the Manor of Cawston of John Patteson Esquire by virtue of a Bargain and Sale from the Executors of John Day deceased to a messuage formerly called or known by the name or sign of The Chequer, afterwards The White Horse and “now” The Bell situate in Cawston, Norfolk dated 7 June 1798
