MORTGAGE DATED 19 NOVEMBER 1819

~ Norfolk Windmills ~

 

A vellum Indenture being a Mortgage by Appointment and Demise of Freehold hereditaments and Covenant to Surrender Copyhold hereditaments and Bargain and Sale of Windmills situate at Horning in Norfolk for securing £2500 and Interest dated 19 November 1819, Mr Thomas Osborn Springfield to Mr Robert Woolsey.

The property includes a Tower Windmill with the stones sails tackle furniture implements going-gears and appurtenances and a Post Windmill with the stones sails tackle furniture implements utensils going-gears and appurtenances as well as messuages or dwellinghouses, granaries, millhouses, malthouses, baking office, tenements, cottages, edifices and buildings with the quays, staithes, yards and lands etc belonging.
