A vellum Indenture being a Release to be inrolled of a messuage or tenement formerly called The Half Moon, afterwards The Hoy and Punch-Bowl Alehouse but “now” a private house situate in Purfleet Street, Kings Lynn, Norfolk dated 24 December 1774, Mr Edward Everard and his Wife to Mr George Patteson
