GYMINGHAM, SOUTHREPPS, TRUNCH & OTHER PARISHES, NORFOLK


MORTGAGE DATED 12 NOVEMBER 1850

 

A vellum Indenture being a Mortgage in fee of estates (partly freehold and partly copyhold) in the county of Norfolk for securing £20,000 and interest, Robert Hyde Greg and R P Greg Esquires to William Rathbone and Thomas Pares Esquire.

On the back of one of the sheets is endorsed a further Indenture dated 5 January 1853, William Rathbone and Thomas Pares to Robert Hyde Greg and Robert Philips Greg which reconveys the prperty back to Robert Hyde Greg and Robert Philips Greg following the repayment of the £20,000 lent by this Indenture.
