A paper document being an attested copy dated 24 June 1808 of an Indenture of Assignment dated 14 January 1807 of a term of 1000 years in a freehold estate at Northrepps in the County of Norfolk, in trust to attend the inheritance. The Executors of John Green Baseley Esquire deceased by the direction of Messrs John Turner, John Hayn and John Pope Executors of Mr Richard Plumbley deceased to Mr William Foster Junior
