TRANSFER OF MORTGAGE DATED 14 MAY 1861

 

A vellum Indenture being a Transfer of Mortgage of copyhold cottages land and premises of the Manor of Binham in the County of Norfolk for securing £300 and interest dated 14 May 1861, The Rev John Browne and others to Mr Zebulon Noughton.

The document also has an endorsed Transfer dated 11 July 1861, Mr Zebulon Noughton to Mr Abram Noughton.

Marriage Settlement dated 25 October 1835 and made in consideration of “the fortune of the said Elizabeth Rayner”. Married James Browne on or about 27 October 1835. Last Will and Testament dated 13 November 1835. Died 22 October 1848. Limited Probate granted by Her Majesty’s Court of Probate (Principal Registry) on 24 February 1858 to Richard Rayner and Eliza Rayner
