APPOINTMENT DATED 25 JUNE 1891

 

A vellum Indenture being an Appointment dated 25 June 1891 of New Trustees under the Last Will and Testament of Charles Linton deceased of Oundle, Northamptonshire, Mrs A J Linton and Mr F Hollingworth to Messrs F Hollingworth and W H Tomkins. The document recites information relating to the Last Will and Testament and Codicil of Charles Linton and has a Schedule of the account with the Residuary Legatees.
