Re GEORGE CUTHBERT DECEASED


ADMINISTRATION DATED 8 AUGUST 1872

 

 

A vellum document being the Administration of the Estate and Effects of George Cuthbert deceased reading as follows: 

In Her Majesty’s Court of Probate

BE IT KNOWN, that on the ninth day of August 1872, Letters of Administration of all and singular the personal estate and effects of George Cuthbert late of No 32 Back Church Lane Saint Georges East and of Brookfield Road South Hackney both in the County of Middlesex Brass Founder deceased, who died on the thirteenth day of December 1871 at Brookfield Road aforesaid intestate, were granted by Her Majesty’s Court of Probate to Elizabeth Cuthbert the lawful Widow and Relict of the said intestate, she having been first sworn well and faithfully to administer the same by paying the just debts of the said intestate, and distributing the residue of his estate and effects according to law, and to exhibit a true an perfect inventory of all and singular the said estate and effects, and to render a just and true account thereof whenever required by law so to do.
