A vellum Indenture being a Conveyance of a close or ground situate in the Lordship of Loughborough in Leicestershire dated 21 August 1824, Messrs Whatton to Messrs Barrow and Ewbank. As well as conveying the property, the document recites information relating to the Last Will and Testament of Henry Whatton of Loughborough.
