A vellum Indenture being a Mortgage of a Messuage Tenement or Dwellinghouse in Church Gate in the parish of St Martin in Leicester together with a third part in a Messuage or Tenement and premises in the Swines Market or High Street in Leicester dated 5 April 1823, Mr George Spencer and his Trustee to James Jones Esquire.
