A vellum Indenture being a Conveyance dated 2 August 1828 of one undivided third part of George Walker in the right of his wife and all others parts and shares of them of and in a messuage or tenement with the yard garden outbuildings and appurtenances situate in Swines Market otherwise the High Street in the parish of St Martin in the Borough of Leicester, George Walker and his wife to George Spencer and his Trustee
