LOUGHBOROUGH, LEICESTERSHIRE


MORTGAGE DATED 1 DECEMBER 1824

 

A vellum Indenture being a Mortgage of several messuages and premises situate in Loughborough in the County of Leicestershire dated 1 December 1824, Mr James Cartwright to Messrs Stevenson and Wright

The property includes a messuage or tenement and premises heretofore used as an Inn and known by the sign of the Shakespear but then known by the sign of the Crown and Thistle and a tenement or dwellinghouse at the top of the garden heretofore used as a stable. Also another building heretofore used as woolrooms and warehouses but then used as a Lace Factory and Smith's Shop together with another shop and three messuages or tenements.
