A vellum Indenture being a Conveyance of a third part in a Messuage or Tenement with the yard, garden and outbuildings situate in the Swines Market then called the High Street in Leicester in the county of Leicestershire dated 30 April 1830, Reuben Partridge and his Wife to George Spencer and his Trustee
