A vellum Indenture being a Mortgage by way of Further Charge of a close of land containing five acres and thirty seven perches with a Messuage or Dwellinghouse, barn, stable and outbuildings on the piece of land situate at Snitterby (near Gainsborough) in the County of Lincolnshire, Mr Joseph Thomas and his wife to Mr Richard William Forrest. The document also recites information from an earlier Indenture. Pinned to the original document is the Certificate of Acknowledgement of Deeds by Married Women in respect of Mary Jane Thomas
