SNITTERBY, LINCOLNSHIRE


TRANSFER OF MORTGAGE DATED 15 MAY 1880

 

A vellum Indenture being a Transfer of Mortgage and Further Charge of a messuage or dwellinghouse with the barn, stable, outbuildings and land situate at Snitterby in the county of Lincolnshire dated 15 May 1880, Mr R W Forrest and Mr J Thomas and his wife to Mrs Elizabeth Owen. The document also recites information from earlier Indentures. In the document Elizabeth Owen is paying off earlier Mortgages owed by Joseph Thomas and Mary his wife to Richard William Forrest and lending Joseph Thomas and Mary his wife a further sum.
