A vellum Indenture being a Mortgage for securing £200 and interest with Bargain and Sale of a Lincolnshire Post Windmill as further security dated 19 April 1828, Mr Richard Kirkland and Uxor to Mr Richard Wilson

The Bargain and Sale includes “All that Corn Post Wind Mill …… Together with all and singular the Dressing Machine, Sails, Sail Cloths, Wheels, Cogs, Spindles and all other Utensils Implements and Appurtenances ……”
