A vellum Indenture being an Assignment and Confirmation of Mortgage of freehold hereditaments and covenant by Mr Arnold to surrender copyhold hereditaments in Goxhill in the County of Lincoln for securing £300 and interest dated 24 February 1817, Messrs Kennington and Arnold to Mr Joseph Toft
