RELEASE & INDEMNITY DATED 18 APRIL 1855

 

 

A vellum Indenture being a Release and Indemnity dated 18 April 1855 between Richard Thomas and Martin Butter. This interesting document concerns the debts of Richard Thomas who was formerly of Macclesfield, Cheshire and recites earlier Indentures relating to the debts.
