A vellum Indenture being Transfer of Mortgage for £350 with security for further advance of £50 and interest, Mr Thomas Hardy and Mr Charles Arnold to Mr John Hardy

Endorsed on the back of the document is an Assignment of Mortgage for £400 and interest affecting Hereditaments at Goxhill dated 27 March 1876, Messrs Cavill and Wilson to Mr John Hardy
