A vellum Indenture being a Mortgage of Land at Crowle for securing £100 and interest dated 6 December 1850, Mr John Pidd to Mr Charles Sampson.

With the document is a copy of a Notice of this Mortgage from Charles Sampson served on Thomas Leggott dated 6 December 1850 and signed as having been personally served on Thomas Leggott by Thomas Harsley Carnochan
