A vellum Indenture being a Mortgage of a Legacy of £150 and share of residuary property situate at Grasby in Lincolnshire for securing £150 and interest dated 5 February 1835 where Thomas Waller and Jane his wife are borrowing £150 from William Ostler Nicholson. The document also recites information relating to the Last Will and Testament and Codicil of Richard Cuthbert.
