A vellum Indenture being a Conveyance of two closes pieces or parcels of land or ground situate lying and being in Helpringham, Lincolnshire in a certain place there called the Fen containing by estimation six acres one rood and eight perches dated 14 December 1839, Mr Thomas Day senior to Messrs Cooke and Smith. NB The cover of the document says the property is at Heckington Fen but the actual document text states Helpringham
