A vellum Indenture being a Feoffment of a messuage, cottage or tenement with the orchard, yard and homestead adjoining and belonging situate in Quadring in the County of Lincolnshire dated 18 June 1803, Mr Richard Wallis to Mr Isaac Lumby.
