This is the last Will and Testament of me Alleyne Polkinghorne Pascoe Lieutenant in the
Royal Navy of 1 Burlington Road London I devise and bequeath all the real and
personal estate to which I shall be entitled at the time of my decease unto Francis
Polkinghorne Pascoe of Trewhiddale Cornwall and 1 Burlington Road Westbourne
Park London And I appoint Mr Henry Charles Vernon of 6 New Inn Strand London
Navy Agent sole executor of this my Will hereby revoking all other
Testamentary writings In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal
the twenty fourth day of August one thousand eight hundred and sixty nine

said Alleyne Polkinghorne Pascoe the Testator as and for his last Will and
Testament in the presence of us both present at the same time who at his
request in his presence and in the presence of each other have subscribed our
