LEASE DATED 24 DECEMBER 1787

 

A vellum Indenture being a Lease for a year of a plot piece or parcel of land situate in Ancoats Lane in Manchester. It has been suggested that Ancoats Lane may have become Great Ancoats Street. The document is dated 24 December 1787 and is made between Thomas Livesey Esquire and James Whittle
