A vellum Indenture being an Assignment of a one fourth part or share of the moneys to arise by the sale of the estates of the late Mr Edward Grocock situate in Hollinwood, in the township of Oldham in the County of Lancashire in trust to sell for securing £100 and interest dated 17 April 1848, Mr Benjamin Grocock to Mr James Summerscales
