A vellum Indenture being an Assignment of a plot of land with a messuage or dwellinghouse erected thereon situate at Hill-Field within the township of Crompton near Oldham in the County of Lancaster for the residue of a term of 999 years subject to a rent of 18s 4d dated 24 March 1834, Mr Abraham Buckley, Administrator of John Buckley deceased to Mr John Milne
