A vellum Indenture being a Lease for possession of a number of messuages, tenements, hereditaments and premises situate in Castleton and Crompton, near Oldham, in the County of Lancashire including the Colliers Arms dated 15 February 1828, Mr William Cooke and another to Messrs James and John Milne
