ASSIGNMENT DATED 2 SEPTEMBER 1776

 

A vellum Indenture being an Assignment and surrender of a term of 1000 years in one moiety of the Leeshall Estate in the township of Oldham in the county of Lancashire in order that the same may be merged in the inheritance, Messrs Jones and Rothwell as assignees of Mr Edward Kenyon (a Bankrupt) to Robert Taylor and Nicholas John Bowden
