TRANSFER OF MORTGAGE DATED 27 SEPTEMBER 1839

 

Two vellum Indentures being a Lease for a year dated 26 September 1839 and the corresponding Transfer of Mortgage on two sheets dated 27 September 1839 of a messuage or tenement situate in Speldhurst, Kent, Mrs S Bridges and the Executors of Charles Stevens deceased to Robert Saxby Esquire. The cover of the document says that the property is situate in Tunbridge Wells but the actual document itself states that it is in Speldhurst and at one time the parish of Speldhurst included part of Tunbridge Wells. The document also recites information from earlier Indentures
