A vellum Indenture being a Lease for a year of a brick built messuage or tenement with the stable and other outhouses and offices and the yard garden and premises together with two pieces or parcels of meadow or pasture land situate in the parish of Charing in the County of Kent dated 16 October 1837, Mr Samuel Foster and William Whitfeld to Edward Norwood
