CONVEYANCE DATED 8 MARCH 1873

 

 

A vellum Indenture being a Conveyance of land situate in the parish of Gillingham in the County of Kent dated 8 March 1873, The British Land Company Limited to Mr Robert Woolley. The document also has a small Schedule of Deeds and a small Schedule of Stipulations including that the trade of an Innkeeper Victualler or Retailer of Wine Spirits or Beer is not be carried out on the land.
