CONVEYANCE DATED 10 OCTOBER 1848

 

A vellum Indenture being a Conveyance of a piece of parcel of land formerly part of Brittins or Brittons Farm situate in Lower Britton Street in the parish of Gillingham in the County of Kent dated 10 October 1848, Mrs Ann Jeffery and Others (Trustees of James Gardiner Jeffery Esq deceased) to Mr George Edward Houghton. The document also has a Schedule of earlier Deeds.
