A vellum Indenture being a Covenant to produce Indentures dated 11 and 12 October 1786 regarding two pieces of freshmarshland lying in the several parishes of Ivychurch, New Romney and Old Romney in Kent left to them by their father dated 24 May 1831. Mr Thomas Bayden to Mr Nehemiah Bayden
