LEASE DATED 12 APRIL 1841

 

A vellum Indenture being a Lease for a year of messuages or dwellinghouses and cottages situate on Mount Ephraim, Tunbridge Wells in the parish of Speldhurst in the County of Kent dated 12 April 1841, Joseph Slatter to Thomas Austen. The property includes two capital messuages or dwellinghouses called Gilead Place as well as other messuages or cottages.
