EDENBRIDGE, KENT


LEASE DATED 1 FEBRUARY 1833

 

A vellum Indenture being a Lease for a year of several messuages or tenements and farms situate in Edenbridge otherwise Eatonbridge in the County of Kent dated 1 February 1833, Mrs Meredith, Miss Meredith and her sister to William Day Esquire. The properties mentioned include Grayberry Farm (which I believe is possibly now spelt Greybury Farm), Golstone Grove, Marsh Green House and Farm and Jenkyns Hall.
