A vellum Indenture being a Lease for a year of a messuage or tenement heretofore known by the name or sign of the Colt(?) and Lion with the barn, stables, premises and land situate in Lenham in the County of Kent dated 9 October 1816, Messrs Laker, Rigden, Gooding (Assignees of the estate and effects of James Gooding, a bankrupt) and others to Mr James Powell
