A vellum Indenture being a Lease for a year of a piece or parcel of land situate in the parish of Saint Lawrence in the Isle of Thanet in the County of Kent dated 14 April 1801, Mr John Fowler, Mr Joseph Fowler and their Trustee to Mr William Underdown and his Trustee
