A vellum Indenture being a Lease for a year of five pieces or parcels of land called Spearbarn Hill or Lordens Farm situate in the parish of Wittersham in the County of Kent dated 27 September 1804, Mr William Bates and others to Mr Thomas Richardson and his Trustee
