DONNINGTON, HEREFORDSHIRELEASE DATED 19 AUGUST 1820  A vellum Indenture being a Lease for a year of the Manor or Lordship or reputed Manor or Lordship of Donnington in the County of Herefordshire with a capital messuage/mansion house called Dinchill and lands. The document mentions the rights including the fairs, markets, customs, tolls, Courts Leet, Courts Baron etc, goods and chatels of felons and fugitives, outlawed persons, waifs, estrays etc. It gives field names of lands with the property and also gives the details of some of the chief rents and quit rents issuing out of some of the property with property names, occupants or owners and some former occupants or owners - a very interesting document.
