A vellum Indenture being a Lease for a year dated 28 September 1835 of a piece or parcel of arable land and orcharding called Mayo’s Kiln Piece situate near Stony Way House containing by estimation two acres with the Lime Stone Quarry therein together with a piece or parcel of arable land and orcharding called Browns Piece adjoining to the parcel of land called Mayo’s Kiln Piece situate near to Bishops Wood in the parish of Walford in the County of Hereford, Mr William C Cocks to Mr Thomas Bennett
